First of all be aware, that we do our best in order to process your personal information to that only extent that it is actually needed to achieve the processing purposes of your data as well as functional and business purposes of the Website.



    1. Account Registration. When you register for an Account on the Website, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, delivery address, and telephone number. 

    2. Payment Information. When you add your financial account information to your Account, that information is automatically directed to our third-party payment processor. We do not store your financial account information on our systems; however, we have access to, and may retain, subscriber information through our third-party payment processor. Please note that in case you execute a payment on the Website – you provide your financial information directly to the payment processor and we do not have any access to such information unless you directly require such get payment processor to grant us such access. However, in case you made or received payment through the Website, any Payment Information we store about you is not subject to deletion for 5 (five) years since the moment we receive it. And even in case you directly require deletion of such information – it can not be accomplished as such Information is derictly related to Payment Information of third persons and overall history of the interactions through the Website; moreover our obligations, stipulated herein, are not applicable to the Payment Information you to third-party payment processor unless such Payment Information is given to us under your request. 

    3. User Content. Our Website features allow you to publicly post content on our Services. This content is related to and / or poses information on your goods and products, which are uploaded onto the Website by you and / or can be distributed to other Services users. Note that these features are devoted to bring together all reputable dropshipping suppliers of technology on our Website. By registering for our Community, you agree that your profile information and the content you post may be viewed and used by other users and third parties we do not control.

TradeEvo is committed to protect and secure your personal information or any other information which is provided by you or related to you and which is not publicly available with suitable organizational and technical measures (e.g., our system servers are protected by the leading firewalls; our secure server software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions). Those measures encrypt all of your personal information granted to us, so we believe that it cannot be read by third parties as those are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal information. 

However, please bear in mind that the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
